Kerry Harris - Head Teacher (B.Ed (hons), B.Phil(SEN-Autism), M.Ed (Special Ed-Inclusion), NPQH)
Kerry Harris has an extensive background in special educational needs and autistic spectrum disorders. She was formally the Assistant Head Teacher and Outreach Manager for Queensmill School in Fulham which is an autism specific primary school and which has been accredited as being 'outstanding' by OFSTED.
Kerry also a wide range of experience teaching children with autism in a number of UK schools and in the United States where she developed and ran her own special needs and autism consultancy.
She continues to develop her knowledge in the field of autism and special education and has recently completed her Masters degree along with her Headt eachers qualification (NPQH).
Kerry feels she brings a practical, problem-solving approach to the school and seeks to develop each pupil to their full potential whilst celebrating their very special and unique individuality.
Kerry has a passion for teaching children with autism and leads a strong and highly motivated teaching and therapy team.
Gilly Taylor - Deputy Head Teacher & Key Stage One Teacher (BA, MA, SEN Dip)
Gilly comes to the school with 15 years of teaching experience, 8 years within an autism specific environment.
Gilly works in close partnership with parents and was identified as an ' Outstanding Teacher' in her last schools 2006 OFSTED inspection
Gilly was awarded SEN Teacher of the Year in 2006
