Creating a Positive Foundation for Life at Our Autism Schools London
Our first nursery, which follows through to Foundation stage, is the Surrey based 'the little group'. 'the little group' has for many years been a leader in providing a high quality, multidisciplinary intervention for children with communication disorders and autism and 'the little group' Approach is integral in the group wide Eagle House Approach.
At Kestrel House School Foundation stage, we believe that learning is not just the acquisition of discreet skills but rather that true learning affects the way in which a child thinks and understands the world.
What makes our approach unique?
We combine the disciplines of speech and language therapy and special needs teaching to form a very special communication-based curriculum. Our teachers and speech therapists work jointly in the classroom to deliver a visually supported curriculum and structured learning opportunities. Our aim is to -
